Letsgo.pt accepts the following payments:

- Multibanco | Multibanco Reference (Portugal only)

- Paypal

- Bank transfer (in some EU countries only)

Payment by Credit Card (Visa | Mastercard) is not yet available on our website.

Only after successful payment will the tickets be sent to the email. Make sure that the email is not held in your Spam box and that it has free space for receiving the email.

You can also reprint the tickets of your purchase in your customer area.

Generally yes but it depends on each promoter, venue and event. This information is provided in the description of each event.

No exchanges or returns of tickets are allowed, except in case of cancellation provided by law.

Letsgo.pt sends to your e-mail, after payment, a PDF document with the electronic ticket that you must print (you can print in black and white) and save. At any time you can go to your customer area and print again.

Validation of the tickets is done by barcode directly at the entrance of the venue or by the ticket exchange of the event or by exchange for a bracelet. This information is provided by the promoter in the description of the event on our website and / or on the day / venue of the event.

Tickets with offer of other associated products (Tshirt, CD, LP, VIP Tickets, etc) are collected at the venue / ticket office of each event, on the same day. All offers are negotiated with each Promoter, so it is mandatory that the production of each event guarantees stock and delivery mode of the products associated with the tickets, in the place / day, to our customers. Generally, each event has information related to these special offers.
